Title: Potato Fried Cakes

Yield: 1 Servings

1cMashed potatoes
2cSugar
3tbMelted lard
3 Eggs
3cFlour
1cButtermilk
1tsBaking soda
2tsBaking powder salt nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together. Roll out on floured board and cut with round cookie cutter. Drop one-by-one in a deep fryer and cook to a light brown. Drain.
